I think you're misunderstanding the Alpha Beta dynamic.

Alpha doesn't mean "good" and Beta doesn't mean "bad".

Both are good, but for different things.

Alphas are good for their genetics and dopamine hits.
Betas are good for their comfort and stability.

It's not like the more alpha you are, the less beta you are, at least not entirely. Some aspects in that dynamic compete with one another, but many alpha and beta traits can coexist.
