5 Principles to the Don Juan Mindset - S.P.E.A.K
OK, first off i have been lurking on this site for over a month now, and I am turning my life around. I have stopped smoking weed, gained WAY more confidence, and have increased my game dramatically. From this site, I have learned 5 things that I have found to be essential to your game, as well as to your life. I have summarized them, and put them into an anagram "S.P.E.A.K"

S - Smile.

A smile is the most potent tool in a DJ's arsenal. It lets girls, and people in general, know that you are a friendly guy that is enjoying life. Even if you don't have perfect teeth or a blindingly white smile, do it anyway. It is the most important thing you can do for your game, and to improve the quality of your life.

P - Posture.

Body language is the most important and effective way of communicating with people, especially women. If you walk around like the hunchback of Notre Dame, the desirable women WILL NOT be fighting for dates with you. Your body language and posture communicate your confidence and your alpha male status. Walk slowly, as if you are under water, with your shoulders back and your head held high. When sitting down, in class or anywhere, sit comfortably erect with your head high. Take up space, spread your legs and arms because YOU are the dominant presence in the room. DO NOT fidget, twirl your pencil, or touch your skin or any other quirks, these display nervousness and go against the confident image you want to display.

E - Eye Contact.

Eye contact, along with smiling, is vital to showing your confidence and your status as an alpha male. The most important thing to remember about eye contact is to NEVER look down, unless someone comments on your shoes or something . Looking down is a sign of submissiveness and a lack of confidence. If you have to look away, which you should occasionally do while in a conversation, look up, look to the side, or even cover your eyes with your hands, but DO NOT look down. Maintain eye contact with everyone, and you will be surprised at the increase in your confidence.

A - Attitude.

OK, this category is going to be fairly large because there are a lot of things that personify the mindset of a Don Juan. First and most important thing to remember about the attitude of a Don Juan, is that a DJ believes they are the greatest catch and they are the prize to be won. AFC's go through life believing women are the prize and must be impressed and "wooed" into liking them. This is why they are AFC's. A DJ makes women work to impress HIM, because after all, he can have any woman he wants. A Don Juan is also funny, speaks his mind, and does not let people's reactions affect him in any way. The main difference between a Jerk and a Nice Guy, is that the proverbial Nice Guy filters what he say so he won't hurt anyone's feelings. HOW BORING!! The Jerk says whatever the F*CK he wants to whoever the hell he wants to. This is emotionally exciting to women, and therefor attractive. I am not saying go out and be a d*ck to everyone you meet, but a DJ does not worry about offending people and walking lightly. To quote a Master Don Juan "Life is not walking on eggshells" or something like that . Another point to the attitude of a Don Juan is that they are funny. Some DJ's will say that it is important to be ****y and Funny, or C & F. While this IS an effective tactic, being ****y can easily be done over the top, which is a turn off for most girls. The optimal would be to be Confident and Funny, but to the aspiring DJ confidence is something that does not come easily. So I suggest to be ****y and funny, but to be careful not to overdo it, and then as you become more comfortable with your game, Confident and Funny. Finally, a Don Juan has his own opinions about things, and will not agree to something just to make people like him. Take a side on everything, and live and THINK your own way.

K - Kino.

Kino, or kinesthetics, is what keeps us out of the "friend zone." Kino is non-sexual touching, that creates a physical connection between the DJ and the hottie. Kino, after being escalated, can even be the "invasion" of a girl's personal physical space, bubble, or whatever. Without Kino, even the funniest, best looking, charming, confident guy with a great smile will have an extremely hard time landing a physical relationship with any girl. There are many articles on this board about Kino, and I suggest you read them.

This anagram S.P.E.A.K represents the mind set of a Don Juan, because after you have mastered these 5 principles, you will not think about them. You will just act, and SPEAK.

I have left a lot out of this post, especially in the attitude and kino sections, but I will have a follow up post! Please post and contribute.

I hope this helped, remember to S.P.E.A.K.

ive been dormant from this site for months now just checking once a week and mostly prospering on my own but i gotta say i'm gonna post for this first time since because this stuff is GOLD. i mean i already know all of these principles, and i use them without even really thinking about it nowadays but this is the core stuff every DJ MUST learn and learn to use without even having to think about. this is the kinda stuff that you just need to be able to do naturally. you cant just keep reminding yourself 'stand up straight, walk confidently, smile, eye contact, etc.' of course you will probably have to at first, eventually it will become natural to you. if you arent skilled at one or more of these things you need to work on improving them. im just gonna go over them real fast to help people on their way with these.

smile- very important, if you must you should work on your smile in the mirror or something, remember that smiling involves your whole face and even your general mood, not just your lips. people tell me i have a cute smile and its because when i smile it reflects my attitude. also helps to have different types of smiles like one for when something funny happens, or one just for general courtesy etc.

posture- ive always had good posture, but if yours need help you should look into that. like i said before, just keep reminding yourself to keep a good posture and eventually you wont even have to think about it, youll just naturally prance around with shoulders squared and chin up.

eye contact- also important, another thing you will have to remind yourself of until you finally get it. its kind of a hard thing to explain, just kinda as a general rule keep looking into one of their eyes(i always do their left eye, because i heard that it is connected to their right brain hemisphere, which is the emotional side, where left is logical, and you want to appeal to their emotions of course, not logic!so just do left as a rule of thumb) until they look away or when they say something that requires thinking/imagery (then kinda briefly look to the left while saying oh yeah or something and then look back all in like a half second). same for yourself, like when your trying to explain something maybe look away briefly and then refocus. you basically if its a one on one convo just wanna look into their eye most of the time only looking away briefly at times slightly to the up-right for example, and maybe looking at their left eye or their lips occasionally so that youre not staring. just dont be afraid to keep unrelenting eye contact while her lips are moving for like 5-10 seconds at a time and doing the break-come back thing. almost always she will be doing the same thing, this is how i know what good eye contact is lol. its ok to spend about 5 seconds looking away though depending on the situation. or, again, you can just stick to the general rule and stare at their eye until they look away first. sometimes theyll stare back for long amounts of time as well its kinda cool actually. just look away soon after they finally do, or youll be the only one staring. this is a really good way to learn how to hold eye contact and all the details of it.

attitude- theres a lot on this one, and i agree with most of what you say, especially about every DJ(if youre actually gonna call yourself that) being unique. just make your own style. mine is more in the funny yet collected, courteous, confident, smooth person type. mostly just stay positive and have a good, easy going attitude. well thats my philosophy atleast, you do whatever you want lol. some people can pull off different attitudes. in general you should act as you look. i believe benjamin franklin said something along those lines. i actually look like a person thats kinda easy going, thus i am. look at yourself in the mirror or something. some people look like they should be a total clown, others an easygoing type, etc. whatever.

finally kino- this is the one where i have least experience in, and im actually still experimenting with it. this could be the most important one, and theres a lot of stuff on this. so just read those. thats kinda what he said lol. but its tough to wrap up in a nutshell. and there ARE a lot of good threads on this. so look it up, pal. just remember it takes a lot of confidence. go easy at first, then escalate it. and so on. its basically the foundation of the relationship. it will probably be one of the main reaons that leads to her saying yes to your offer for a date, and is the only surefire IOI to know that shes really into you by looking at her responses. you just gotta start small and escalate. really makes things a lot easier. i cant stop writing tiny sentences about this. its really that great. probably the most important thing you could learn from this site, let alone thread. do it. learn it. love it. lol.

good luck and remember to keep practicing! all of these are important areas that each require lots of practice. once you can get these 5 things down, youre set. i dont care about details. (unless youre fugly, or something. then you need more than this site.) everyone else though, this is the stuff you should learn if anything from this site, as these are the main things that stuck with me when i started becoming more of a DJ, coincidentally. thats why i like this thread. i woulda said the exact same thing but didnt know how to. i approve fully of your post. kudos.

One principle to the DJ mindset. Stop being a p_ssy. That's all. All those behaviors are simply signs of a man who isn't a p_ssy. It comes down to that.

Nice Post.

Posture is an important aspect that should not be overlooked. With correct posture, your smile and attitude will come off better than you'd have imagined.
