Deadlifts

Ripped up 5 reps on 210kg for a rep pr. Then pulled another two to finish me off.

Got a deadlift set of 7 on 200kg. Rep pr.

Squat has gotten up to pushing a couple sets of 3 on 140kg

Frontsquat has gotten up 140 kg for 1 rep. Yeah stig I'm catching up.

You may be catching up, but that deadlift is just nasty. 440 lbs x 7 reps??

not gonna lie - that fvcked me hard. went up to 220kg for one rep after and that was brutal.

the rest of back day was a little more volume density - I don't think my nervous system could take much more on full strain :D

Try adding more sets to calves. I assume you are doing standing calve raises. 3 sets you won't feel a thing. 6 sets with good contraction (up once and up twice) will benefit you. Keep the weight low. You do not need a lot of weight for calves. You need good contraction, control and movement.
