Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.
Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers. Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.
I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.
it isn't healthy, but ramen noodles are cheap and they do sustain you. eggs too.lazikia said:Okay, so I'm on a bit of a budget since I'm a student, but I still want to eat healthy. What are some groceries to buy that are cheap and healthy at the same time? (Besides the obvious like bread, tuna, fruit, etc)
whatever you do, dont try to make ramen noodles the only thing you eat...you can die from malnutrition.wavejams007 said:it isn't healthy, but ramen noodles are cheap and they do sustain you. eggs too.
If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.
Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.
This will quickly drive all women away from you.
And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.
No. Not at all. Its just an indoor grill.brett012 said:Where do you use the grill? Wouldn't it be really really bad if I used it in the dorm and not outside?
I'll second this. You can cook anything on the george grill. I lived in the dorms years ago. I wish they had these back then.Guy Incognito said:Get a george foreman. I couldn't technically cook in my dorm either but used that. You can make panini sandwhiches, burgers, sausages, and other stuff. Low mess, easy clean up (just wash it in the bathroom down the hall or something). Voila.
i changed beef to chuck as it is healthier..Quiksilver said:moved to health and fitness.
As for groceries that are cheap and healthy:
1. large eggs
2. frozen vegetable packs
3. lean ground chuck
4. oatmeal
5. apples(pretty steady cheap price)
6. green peppers...brocolli...
7. brown rice
It depends on where you live as well, and what store you go to. Those are all foods I buy regularly, and right there is pretty much all you need to eat to be healthy.
