Hey All, Im a freshman in college and i worked out all summer to lose weight, and now im alot closer to my goal, but now i dont just wanna lose fat, i want to turn the stores i have left into muscle, I like the shape of my body right now, but i want it to be harder, so im looking for the right combination of exercise and diet to get me cut, not bulked. Any suggestions?

also, Red meat, it is one of the best sources of protein out there, or so the myth goes, but its also very high in saturated fat, and when youre tryin to get cut, thats a very bad thing, so should it be a part of my diet?
