I am a United States resident and was raised in the United States. I was in suburbs of major cities during a large part of my childhood.

ah, I think the states has always been a little ahead of us with things like PC and this type of thing.

note: I don’t believe this of all Americans, you have the extremes. You have the most patriotic conservatives and also the most whacko liberals. England is a country of smaller extremes.

I remember the idea of PC and nu-male sensitive man came at us with US TV in the 90s. Sadly a lot took it to heart. We have these idiots too.
