What time do you prefer to wake up and why?

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Have to wonder where you live to use word "prefer". You'd be woken up by your neighbors around 5 - 7. It's not prefer anymore.

I was asking about ideal preference, not actual constraints

5:30 or 6:00 am maybe. When I get up early, I usually have a good, productive day (whether it’s a work day or off day).

It’s nice to sleep late on a day off, but then I don’t feel like starting anything at 10+ am (even just stuff around the house). Then I procrastinate until “after lunch.” Then I end up doing nothing and feeling guilty about it.

Maybe the solution is to allow yourself a rest or “screw off” day once in a while, sort of like a “cheat meal.”

When I had "normal people" schedule? 0330-0400. At the moment it's 1600-1700.

I hate alarm clocks for the most part. I trust my mind/body to allow sleep based off of the stressors I put on it. Biggest one being when I stop doing things and wind down; it's going to fluctuate in a window of about 30 minutes minus emergencies of course. Second of all my exercise level. Depending on how hard I worked out, I might be out for an additional hour. Then again sometimes not.

Body usually gets up at 5:30am despite whatever time I go to sleep. So if I want to feel rested, I try to get to sleep around 10pm. Day following some heavy exercise is usually the only day that I get extra sleep, but not much. I prefer to get up early since I usually have things I want to accomplish, work or play. Also don’t use an alarm clock. What is wild, my body will get up earlier if I need to catch an early flight even though I set a backup alarm on my phone.

I prefer going to sleep around 2-3am and waking up around 10-11am. Unrelated, but I also find my best workouts are around 7-8pm, and my peak energy/productivity for the day is around 4pm to 10pm.

I've had this sleep preference since puberty and it's always been consistent, never really fluctuating in either direction, despite my numerous attempts to adjust it.

Not if you sleep with a loud ass fan and wear earplugs lol.
