Depends on the context:

For instance, if the girl is working at the store, she says "That'll be $$$$" when I go to buy something.

If she's my mom, she says "hi, son"

If she's a waitress, she asks for my order. Sometimes we may chat for a bit though - depends on if she's interesting.
