It's the exception, not the rule. Is the far majority of the female faculty at your local university slammin'? I doubt it. Also, graduating from a university, teaching the basics, and working in a bank does not make one smart - usually it means you're a good worker bee. It never ceases to amaze me when I run into people I graduated from business school with who are working in the mall. The Truth said:So many stereotypes flying around here. God some of you guys really need to get away from the TV and computer and go meet some women.
As for this debate about whether women can be hot and smart. Are you saying that only ugly or non-feminine women graduate university? And you have never had a hot school teacher? You've never seen a hot woman giving financial advice in a bank?
"Stereotypes are horrible" is a feminist ideal, as is just about anything else that could be classified as politically correct. Sure there are a few chicks that can hold their ground intellectually, but what percentage of them are emotionally-driven, submissive in nature, and most concerned about staying hot? Like it or not, these are the traits that constitute femininity.
TRUTH, why all the anger? I can appreciate where you're coming from with your 'get away from the computer' stance, but there's no need to get emotional here. Can you honestly say that the arguments put forth by SamePendo, ( . ) ( . ), myself, squirrels, and diplomatic_lies (and anyone else I missed) aren't congruent with reality 98% of the time? You're using outliers to disprove strong trends.
