I wanna add about 10lbs of muscle on. I've got my bulking diet figured out and I'm eating about 4000k a day. The thing is when I'm eating so much it makes me FART.

I mean I can squeeze them out nice and silent but they're violent. It'd be ok if I worked in my own office but I don't, I work with alot of people and it's embarrassing as hell letting one bad motherfvcker rip in front of your co-workers.

Any ideas on what the problem is? It's giving me the sh!ts. Speaking of getting the sh!ts, I noticed I'm dropping smelly nuggets more often now, I take at least 2 sh!ts a day. I'm worried I'm just ****ting all the protein/carbs straight into the toilet bowl.

Any ideas?:confused:

I usually open the back package 1/2 times a day. It's not really anything to worry about. You're processing a smaller amount of food, more constantly. That means it'll move out your stomache and into your intestines a bit quicker than a big dinner-style meal would.

Also, when your metabolism starts peaking, you'll notice you piss like a race horse.
