“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Is sweating good for u? One of my m8s suggested putting on an extra top so i sweat more. Is this stupid or not?

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I dunno...

I always thought that sweating was just the body's way of cooling itself off...

If you sweat a lot, make sure you drink a lot of water to replace the lost liquid (you should drink lots of water anyway...).

yes ofcourse sweating is good for you. It allows you to lose fat. Think about someone on a cutting cycle, they are required to do alot of running to sweat and burn fat, the sweat is cooling off ur body because u are causing alot of heat inside ur body.

Sweating burns more fat?...

Surely if this was the case everyone would go round with 6 jumpers on, gym's would be made to be like sauners, and people in hot countries would be skinny.... :)

I think you'll find fat loss it totally unrelated to sweating, sweating is just the body losing water, which you need to replace after your workout otherwise you might get dehydrated.

To lose weight you have to BURN the fat by your body creating heat, once you create heat YOU SWEAT to cool your body down. So you cannot burn fat and not sweat.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.
