Isn't one of Blue-Rays selling points that it is the top of the line when it comes to graphics? Granted I am thinking in terms of watching movies... someone at Best Buy once told me that Blue Ray is the only try 1080 quality you can get. He said even hi def tv is only transmits at 720P even if you have a 1080 tv set.

Blu Ray has a metric ass ton of space on it compared to DVD. So you can put on it higher quality video that is less compressed and that has higher resolution. DVD is something like 480p, Blu Ray is 1080p.
Now for games, this doesn't mean much. Why? Because a game is not a movie. Games don't require that much space for all the models and textures. That **** is sometimes recycled. The brick texture you see now in that one castle, is probably the same in the next one. That little flower you see on the hill beside the castle? Probably recycled somewhere else. Saves space, saves man hours, saves memory on the game console.
yeah i just saw today that they are hinting at a MGS5. they stated that MGS4 was going to be the last game with snake in it i mean he offed himself at the end of the game you can't make anymore after that i supposed they changed their mind. it is a money maker.
i would happily buy both. even the worst of the 4 games, MGS3 was better than 90% of the games on the market

Just buy PS3 dude, bcuz PS3 offers wireless and free online and a great game selection. In addition, you wont have to take the ps3 to get it fixed every week like u do for Xbox360.
Oh wow, the game consoles in Germany cost about 200-300 Euro, that would e 250-350 dollars or more! <_<
A computer with 16 GB Ram, a amd fx 8 core 3,4 ghz, 1 tb harddisk and nvidia gtx 550 ti 2gb. 500~ dollars and you got a good computer.
