imo masturbation is alright if youre ALREADY performing 100% in bed. no limp **** and no performance anxiety. if youre already getting lots of ***** and doing your duty, its no big deal to squeeze one out every now and again.

Okay, the whole "Embrace Your Testosterone" thing and the subconscious connection of sex. Personally, I've never bought this concept. Also, lack of sexual activity of any kind is going to cause frustration. Frustration leads to stress and will fvck with your emotions.

I think I know the problem here. Get off all anti depressants and SSRI's... it will do the trick.
Do some PC exercises.. Kegal and Reverse Kegels... I just started to do 500 kegels a night b,c my erection quality is going down just a little. I do penis enlargement so it pretty much makes it less sensitive a bit.
Also about the exercise thing.. i heard if u lift weights focusing on a group of muscles it can increase testosterone levels. You may have low testosterone or something.

I know from EXPERIENCE it's BOTH mind AND masturbating if your in good health and sleep enough etc.
The mind thing:
Your girl is new, you might be still little nervous about it or just not comfortable enough. If you doubt this, I don't be surpriced. I've had this problem even I felt totally comfortable and relaxed.
