I've always wondered...

... Isn't it best when you work one muscle out per day?

In some posts, people state that you should be working out is 4 days per week... how about 6 days per week and one main muscle per day - bi, tri, chest, back, legs, traps, shoulders. and one day rest; and every 4 weeks take one week or something

What is your suggestion? What schedule should i follow?
 

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.
