The coasts generally favor the SAT, while the southern and middle sections of the States usualy favor the ACT.

check out the kaplan site (kaplan.com ?). I've been using their book for the GRE. I bet they also have like an online diagnos test/ online prep & books for the SAT. Good luck.

I think if you go to www.collegeboard.com, they have a sample test there.
