Not gonna lie. I did poorly with attendance. Had some bad muscle bruises/lumps from lifting some stuff at work I was waiting to heal up. All good now. Really no excuse for the psst week and a half. Should have just went anyways. Currently looking into my options for gyms closer to home as well as home workouts for when I can't make it to a gym.
when you cant make a workout make sure you do something. I.e do 100 burpees in your living room or outside. It will take you 10 mins max - these small workouts will stop you going backwards and make you more likely to go to your next gym session.

That's a solid idea. Even 100 push-ups and a brief run would do something, right?

Is your motivation for going to the gym dependent on results or something else? Why are you not going. Diet and gym and the number 1 and 2 things (in that order) that result in looking your best and feeling confident. Do you have low t? It could be another culprit for lack of motivation.

you need to stick to a regimen for at least a year. After about 5 months it becomes a habit and addicting, you will feel gross without going. Continue to go, continue to gain, continue to see results. It’s the only way. Get some pre-workout so you feel the pump.

I make no exaggeration when I reiterate good diet and consistent gym will get you feeling as confident as you ever will. Keep at it, do not quit, do not relent. Everything’s a nail to a hammer.

Just checkin' in on you bro. You were making some good progress. Keep getting after it, there's more to come.

Stay accountable. I'm workin' on it myself.

Discipline urself Red.

Make sure you hit the gym at least 3 X per week, spend a minimum of 30 mins each visit.

A couple of months doing it you'll be addicted to it.

Even on business trip abroad I will take the time to visit the hotel gym, if I can do it then so can you.

BTW, work some on ur shoulders, you'd look awesome after a couple of months.

What a year it has been so far. Honestly no progress as far as workouts to show at the moment. I failed at staying consistent with home workouts. The gyms are open again. I am doubling down and working on disciplining myself to be consistent on workouts.

As far as clothing I have been trying to add new items and try different things. Signed up for stitchfix. They send some cool stuff sometimes. This week I'm hunting for some nice brand sunglasses. Little birthday present for myself.

Finances. I'm in much better shape than I was a year ago moneywise. Have a few grand ready for emergencies that may arise.

Hobbies. I continue to do well in my casino advantage play hobby. I learn new things and how to avoid certain pitfalls. Got back into doing some hiking during the shutdown.

Career. My bosses think I'm doing great. I'm given a great amount of freedom on things like time management.

Congrats on everything, keep up the good work, especially the working out now that your gym with women in it is open again.
Happy early birthday too.

I think you're doing well considering how you were before.

Keep up with the momentum, discipline is a must, it will be part of your lifestyle - path of ur psyche/mindset.

And now you also need to cultivate a sphere of influence, increase ur social networking, start off by encouraging friends to meet up more often, have fun BUT at the same time, talk about how to make more profits, gather ideas and at the same time spread ideas, make it habitual.

I will assist you by offering my experience in that regard but you need to put in some effort.
