I do best with women at 10-12% bf and lean (no water retention which often accmpanies heavy lifts), just about where I am right now.

Many speak about bodyfat levels which change facial aesthetics and this is true. Many overlook that toned facial musculature is also an important aesthetic benefit and operates outside of bodyfat levels. Take for example, Reds, he still has fat on his face, but it's lifted and more defined, as through his strong lifts, he worked those facial muscles too, though ancillary (especially doing heavy bench, squats, deadlifts).
This is interesting and i remember you posted a while back about it and something you can buy to exercise those facial muscles.
I also think that just lifting heavy weight will also help greatly with facial muscles.

In the past i always had a bf higher than 15% had very good.muscle mass but a bit too much fat.
Right now im not sure what my % is but probably betwern 14 and 12% and i see a huge increase in womens interest.

Yes, very real and factually correct. Take a look at the Cardio thread about the importance of leanness, specifically getting rid of subcutaneous water stores to make your appearance more approachable by women.

Wow
This is something i never realised or thought about.

I can relate to this, but never notice the reason why until now.

I dont always do cardio, mostly when i play hockey in the winter and got to agree this is when i notice more attention.
Been seeing less attention lately that might actualy be the reason.

An alternative to cardio to rid subcutaneous water stores is getting into ketosis by cutting carbs--but I can't tolerate that diet anymore although I did for almost 10 years in my 20s, early 30s.

Also water/sodium cycling, Mon-Thur 1.5 gallons water/day, high sodium (3 grams daily), Fri-Sun taper off the water (.5 gallon/day) and sodium (less than .5 grams/day) for weekend leanness. But this again is extremely disciplined and much work.

Simply doing Cardio, lower (but not elimination of) carbs, one gallon water/day seems to be the healthy balance for me.

Thanks for info, i might just try and get more cardio in.

I like keto/low carbs/atkins diet for cutting, but on the log run imo its hard to maintain

Hmm, all great info.
Reds, much of this is wholly irrelevant when you have strong social skills. In my 20s I rolled with a lot of pro-bodybuilders/fitness model-types so this was the bulk of the focus.

When your social skills and game get sharp, much of the physicality can be overlooked—especially when talking fitness extremes such as long-term Keto dieting or water/sodium loading. That’s more of magazine modeling prep, not needed to be a slayer with most women.

Just incorporate cardio in your regimen, continue with your beast workouts, and focus on building your social acuity with cold/warm approaches or being sociable and you’ll slay plenty.

Returned to stronglifts 5x5 tonight. Shoulder is feeling awesome. About 99%. Somehow I must have tweaked my knee at work though. Warning pain cut my squats short. It'll be okay in a few days. Deadlift felt good.

In other news my birthday starts in a little over an hour.

Not much to update on. Been out and about quite a bit. Went to a couple of casinos this weekend to take advantage of some freeplay promos. That was fun. I like video poker. Came out ahead a little bit.

I will say I've felt a bit of a mindset shift. Things that would make me outraged before no longer phase me. I had some redpill rage I guess you could say. I feel I have moved past that stage.

Changing ur outer looks, via haircuts and working out was more towards disciplining ur mind rather then looking good.

A good haircut with proper dressing is akin to putting on an armor.

A good physique is abt health, discipline, endurance and character building - learning through pain and sweat.

Looking good is just a side effect of those above.

Similarly, getting girls is also a side effect of being a great man.

Been really busy.
Started carrying chewing gum/mints to ensure I have fresh breath later in the day. Even thinking your breath might be bad can kill your confidence a bit.

It's relatively cheap to go to the dentist and have them clean off dental plaque.

That's what causes most of the bad breath.

I do mine every 2 to 3 months.

Had bad breath in the past and got to say that it does make a big difference.

I've slipped up on the gym a bit. Going to ramp back down on it.
Things have gone crazy at work. I'm looking into other job options. The search is going well.

What's ur educational level?

Personally I think you can go far in life as you have the right attitude now.

I've promoted technicians in Sweden without much education into 'master' technicians that travel the world to act as a technical consultant.

Some I've promoted into aftersales managers, workshop managers and gradually into sales managers.

They make the best managers.

It's because they have the right attitude.

Well I did eventually push them towards getting some paperwork after promotion.

Thing is buddy, life is all about having the right attitude, one where when you fall you will strive to pick urself up and get better because of it.

Side note: me promoting people without much education is not the norm rather its more of an exception in the business world.
