Excuse me? More than .6g of protein per lb of bodyweight per day is an insane amount of protein? I eat 2g's a day, so by your theory I should be getting kidney stones coming out of my a$$. Well they should find out what they are talking about before they post in that case. Because what happens when someone goes off with that information and puts it to use, then gets sick or injured etc? I didn't mean to come off as an a$$hole, but there is a $hitload of mis-information being spread these days (not just on this forum).
