12 weeks in. Results:

1RM

Bench 67KG to 82KG
Deadlift 118KG to 145KG
Squat 117KG to 130KG
Bent over row (underhand) 72KG to 115KG
Overhead press 45KG to 60KG

I got sick and had a flare of my inflammatory disease so I had 3 weeks of very light training.

Weight has stayed static. My main disappointment. I have eaten protein in large quantities but I’ve been stop/start with diet control and had a few booze/fast food binges which I now have under control.

all in all I’m lifting more than I ever have, having spun my wheels for years, I am now actually linearly progressing.

I know to some of you these lifts are weak AF but I’m proud of what I’ve achieved and roll on the next 3 months.

I still look flabby and fat having not cut a ton but my arms and particularly my back are thicker.

I also have supplementary curls, calf raises and lateral raise in this routine.

Nice work...I subscribe to the move more, eat more(High G-Flux) train of thought...

Definitely would help with weight loss...try moving more...if you aren't getting 10K steps a day in, that's a good place to start.
