Hi guys,
I found this site while aimlessly searching the web with a few things on my mind. Here is my story:
For the last 7-8 months I've been chasing women again after breaking up with my girlfriend and have been having a lot of fun - I'm in that zone again which I forgot there for a while how good it can feel. I've run into a challange though so I'll share it with you guys and see what you think.
First time:
I saw her first about a month ago at this club/bar. (I'll keep it fluid, its a long story, I apologise). She comes up and stands next to me, we start a conversation, she's stunning, I light her cigarette and there is chemistry from word go. Then I find out she's from the same country as me, my interest jumps 100%. I keep it cool, say I'll see her a bit later and she smiles & leaves.
I was at this club for one of my girl friends birthday party and there were people I knew there. I like to dance, so at some point we all go to the dance floor and start going off to the music. I see her (L.) and she sees me dancing, smiles, walks over and starts dancing with me. Very nice. At some point, she introduces me to her friends and then comes up to this guy as says: "this is my boyfriend". I'm cool and having a good night and smile honestly and say: 'great to meet you'. (she introduces me as her friend J.)
The rest of the night we look at eachother more than a few times and we get real close while dancing but as it is absolutely impossible for me not to flirt with her (while her boyfriend is right there), I decide to leave it and ignore the situation. I never see her for the rest of the night.
Second time:
A week later same place. I'm with some friends again. She sees me and is happy and surprised like me. 'How are you girl?'.., we kiss eachother on the cheek. I introduce her to some friends, she does the same. She introduces me to her girl friend M. - we talk a bit longer. The boyfriend is there again. Later, I'm dancing with 3 of her girl friends. She (L.) is flying, in a great mood. The boyfriend is getting really jelous now, it's too obvious - too much eye contact between us. I leave it for a while.
Later on in the night, I'm just walking around. She sees me, waves her hand to come and join her for a dance. The boyfriend is right next to her. I walk over and look at the boyfriend. He nods his head as if to say 'yeah it's ok dance with her'. I only stay for a minute or so and I leave her. I don't see her for the rest of the night.
Third time:
Last Friday. Different club, different part of town. I'm in a real good and confident mood. At some point a girl turns around and it's her. We look at eachother and it's like BOOM. Her eyes are out of this world. We talk but its just body language, she can't take her eyes off me, either can I. I'm thinking right now that this is it. No way am I letting this situation go. I'm in the moment and loving it.
She tells me she's with her "bodyguards tonight". It's her boyfriend again and a friend of his. The boyfriend sees me talking to her and is not happy. We're dancing, she doesn't seem to care. The boyfriend then comes up, I take a few paces back to give her space. She says something to him, he leaves, she turns around to find me and walks over and starts dancing with me again. We talk, smile, flirt. A bit later the same story: boyfriend comes, I move back, they talk, he leaves, she looks for me in the crowd and comes and stands next to me.
I start getting to the point. I tell her I'd like to see her alone sometime. She says: 'he's leaving for 3 and a half weeks'. Nice.
I suggest we get a drink. She agrees, I turn to walk towards the bar and give her my hand - she takes it.
Now at some point here (probably while I was giving her and her boyfriend space) I see my friend, tell him that's the girl, go and find a piece of paper and write my number on it, I don't want to leave her. He says: 'Cool, no problem'. I don't know why I didn't just use the mobile phone with her to exchange numbers, probably because I felt I had no time with the two hawks watching.
We sit a bit later and have the drink. She says: "I'm going to get in a lot of trouble for talking to you". At this point my friend comes back and says: "Hey J. how you doing?" I go: "great man, how are you?". He's with some girl, we all introduce eachother and he casually slips the piece of paper in my hand. He invites us to join them for a drink together, I want to be alone with her so I say no its cool.
I give her the piece of paper with my number on it, she opens it up shyly as if she knows, looks at it, opens her purse and puts it in there. She says: 'I'll call you'. Not long after that, her boyfriend's friend comes over because he sees us. I say "here's your bodyguard". She laughs. He wants to talk to her, she says she'll find me.
She finds me again, we dance. I ask her to go for a walk, she agrees and takes my hand again. We stop in front of this wall, she leans back on it and I'm right in front of her. I say something in my language to her. I can't help myself at this point and I go to kiss her really slowly. I kiss her on the lips but she says: "Not here, not now, not now".
Finally a bit later, we're together again and the boyfriend comes again to her. He's pissed bigtime, but doesn't say anything to me. (I would have bashed the crapp out of me). He grabs her by the hand and takes her away. I decide to leave it, feeling very confident that she'll call. My friend tells me as well: "just be cool and leave it". 10 minutes later she walks up to me and says: "my boyfriend wants to leave, I'm sorry". I say: "its ok, call me babe". She says 3 times: "i'll call you" and leaves the club.
Forth time:
The night after - Saturday night. Back at the original club that I saw her. Now I only realised that it was a REAL bad idea to come here again the next night only when I got there. This is because she told me on Friday that these two places are the only places she goes out to. I didn't want to see her again in a club situation. Bad mistake because she was there a bit later.
I run into her and she sees me and looks very nervous. This makes me feel nervous too. No doubt her and her boyfriend had a fight about it last night. I decide I need to get out of this moment quickly so I say something like: "I'll leave you tonight, let's leave it at last night, call me". Her girl friend is next to her. L. is unconfortable. But she winks and says that she'll call. Was it just a way to get rid of me? I leave her.
Later I tried for some stupid reason (probably because I wanted to be sure 100% like last night) to have a conversation with her and approached her all casual. She's was so unconfortable and I hope I didn't come across as too keen. Not a good move. I start moving away and at that moment the boyfriend sees me and walks up. As I'm leaving her he gives me this look as if to say 'what the fcuk are you doing'.
I saw her two more times during the night and she purposely avoided eye contact. Why? Either unconfortable that night, really didn't want to see me in that situation again or decided she's gone too far? That was Saturday night. It's Tuesday night. She hasn't called yet.
I'm kicking myself for going to that club on Saturday but still trying to remain confident that she'll call. I do know where she works though.
Will she call? If she does, how would you guys approach it? If she doesn't call, how would you guys approach it? What's my next step because I WANT this woman.
Thanks
