Can I recommend Phraks Greyskull LP and as @The Duke said - nutritionl focus? For now, just start by getting adequate protein, about 1 gram per pound of bodyweight.

Stay consistent. Even on the days you don't feel like it. You will thank yourself in the future. Your beginner high/motivation won't last forever. It will start to suck soon. Keep going.

Its amazing so far. I have been working out for about a week now and I am feeling great. I am starting to feel like the man I was before I met my ex 7 years ago. I know the formula to become that man again and I am slowly executing it. Its exciting.I am gonna add more onto it like you suggest.

UPDATE: I just got offered a new job that pays much better then the last one I just had. I am continuing to workout and I am talking to new women. A few weeks ago I had 3 goals in mind that I wanted to accomplish. I have accomplished a workout routine and getting a job. Now all I need to do is find a quality woman. Things are looking up for me.
