Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.
Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers. Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.
I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.
You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.
I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.
Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.
These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.
I think it could be. But how about yogurt? Especially plain, non-fat yogurt? The only problem I see is that it has very little protein (10g per 227g of yogurt).Originally posted by NewDude001
Milk is sooo harmful to your body, I could pull up dozens of stuff as medial proof. Stick to meat and fish for protein, milk is a bad source of protein anyways.

Yogurt is one of the healthiest things you can eat, and the live cultures in it makes it digestable even to people who're lactose intolerant - get the nonfat stuff and you're good to go.

I never had any problem with dairy - I used to drink over 2 litres of the stuff a day. Milkshakes, chocolate milk, cheese, yoghurt, ice cream - you name, I'd shovel it down. I loved it.
About 2 years ago I was persuaded to try going dairy free for 3 months, and the difference in my health and energy levels was amazing.
My digestion improved. My entire life improved.

Every singe human being is lactose intolerent, just to what degree. Humans DON'T have the enzymes needed to break down milk properly, it basically sits in your intestinal tract causing gas.
-Can I see a source for this claim? Not everyone is lactose intolerant. Read this http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lactose_intolerant
Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.
