I'm thinking about giving this a try but I have never used prohormones or gear of any kind. Can anyone tell me if there are any precautions I should take and how I cam minimize the possibility of side effects?

Go to Anabolic Minds or Bodybuilding.com and other bodybuilding websites that have more info on the topic.

Coming to a site where most guys want to find out how to get laid will either get you 1-not as much info as you wanted or 2-info thats more like a screaming parent then actually information.
