Here's what I think, Tekniq. If you're about to go out or go to a party (like I am tomorrow), then don't masturbate. If you've lived out your week without masturbating and you don't get sex from some chick during said week, then by all means letter rip. The main thing is patterns. If you're getting yourself into "habits" or patterns that exclude women, then you're setting yourself up for an entire lifetime without women. From my personal experience it's doesn't decrease testosterone or anything. I can masturbate before I go out and still approach chicks and get a lot of success. So yeah, from my experience masturbating really doesn't affect your game that much. It might if you do it too many times a day though.
