I have no biochemical background to confirm or deny what you write. The scientific jargon you use is impressive, although some references would make from your post a truly scientific statement.
What I ask myself is in what does the body's reaction to sex with a girl differ from masturbation. Said more clearly: If I get laid like a DJ rabbit will I suffer from the same effects in my dopamine and serotonine? Will getting lots of sex decrease my sex drive, confidence and alpha-maleness? (This is against my personal experience, btw...). And what is the point of getting the sex drive and alpha maleness when this leaves sex out?
And, if this is not the case, why? What is the reason that the body reacts differently to sex with another person than with sex with yourself? I mean the biochemical reason.
I can believe that, psychologically, getting lots of sex with yourself will decrease your interest in fulfilling a need you are already satisfying. Real desperation makes you go out there and try it with any hideous girl.
Or you may feel guilty because of your breaking your not-so-positive "eastern" beliefs which forbid you to masturbate. This is personal incoherence. And this will decrease your alpha-maleness.
But a biochemical reasoning against too much masturbation is also a biological reasoning against too much sex. And, in my book, there isn't such a thing as too much sex.

I don't really believe this. However it would explain why I've been tired alot! Too much masturbation and too much exercise!
But the body replenishes it's store of semen every 48 hours or so (find the exact number for me if you care). So I think beating off 3 times a week should still be OK.
Where did you get this idea of it burning of neurotransmitters? Every thing we do burns them off during the day. Sleep is the only recovery activity that allows for them to be rebuilt.
Caffeine I believe would have a much great effect in raising cortisol levels than beating off. Exercise is also much more intense than masturbation, you would think it would have a greater effect.
I dont see anything saying that masturbation is any different from sex itself, at least on the brain.
