I've noticed that virtually all the resources out there on push-game seem to rely almost exclusively on witty banter, teasing, and humor. However, these are poor choices for those of us for whom quick social wit isn't a forte.
What are good resources for learning solid push-game fundamentals that don't rely on such things?
