I’ve steadily increased my lifts but something has broken down - left shoulder. This was done deadlifting. The pain is on top of the shoulder, not at the back.
can’t deadlift but can do a range of other lifts. Pushing isn’t an issue.
what do I do now (never had a lifting injury)
do I just rest totally until it’s fixed?
do I lift what I can provided no pain?
I will de load once my shoulder can deadlift again.
given my shoulder is the weak point, do I change training to strengthen shoulder?
Is it possible thjs is a form issue? Feel my form is good but should I lift from legs more?
Help appreciated
