“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I sprained my left wrist....so I have stopped all weight training.... I remembered reading a post where someone warned that if you are injured stop working out until you are completely recovered ...

now the thing is my wrist is 80%...and is taking ages to reach to 100% ..
should I continue my routine or wait til its a 100%?

I feel really frustrated and anxious... I was really getting somewhere with my routine....and now this injury doesn't seem to be going away and is causing too much delay!

HELP!

Yes, never train while you are injured. And when you have recovered train with lighter weights as if you were comming back from a week off. Better for it to recover even if it take a month or two than to **** it up for the rest of your life.

yep, rest until it heals. mind you, you could still use leg machines. someone comment on that

the good thing is that you'll have muscle memory when you get back into it so it's certainly not like you're going back to the beginning

Dude, would you sprint with no legs? hell no.

Let it get to atleast 95. Anything less is asking for severe injury.

Yes, workout as much as possible - just avoid heavy wrist action.
