Do they go through mid life crises? Are they known to cheat more at this age? Do they think they are past there prime? Do they like cex more at this age? etc
I've dated several. They were all attractive with nice bodies. Had plenty of persuers. Liked sehx. None of these were past their prime. They don't cheat anymore or less than anyone else. No mid life crises.

I've found women past 35 to be more consistent and not so flakey.

I'm sorry, but all women that are getting close to menopause age past 30 are past their prime. Women hit their prime between 15-25. After that, it's gone. Youth and everything.

+1.

Although 15 is a *little* early, it’s getting into non-legal territory. I would say 18-25 is the prime. Still somewhat prime at 29, but once they hit 30, it’s over. Non withstanding the guy‘s condition or how thirsty he is, any woman over 30 ruins the fantasy.

Emma Stone, is in movie where she gets naked, and sex with Alpha & people are praising her performance. She had “no issue” with it.
Jennifer Lawrence, got totally naked at 31 in a movie. She had “no issue” with it.

Emma is 34, married to a 6’2 director, had a baby with him.
Jennifer is 33, married to a 6’3 art gallery director, had a baby with him.

Of course you women have “no issue“ with it, you are both in your 30s, married to tall men, and have a kid, You have to show your goods before you lose it, Now if you did the same movies where you were 21,22, with no husband and no kids, then we may have something. But now? Honey, society doesn’t give a F.

The only thing a man cares about is a woman’s youth. This is where the competition occurs. Everything else, everything else, the man can get himself. It’s a woman‘s youth he can’t get himself and what he wants.

A 40 year old woman today isn't the same as a 40 year old woman 15 or 20 years ago.

A 40 year old woman today is a Millennial, born in the 1980s. She was in her mid-20s when The Great Recession hit in 2007-08. That messed up a lot of young adults in that time, including men who she possibly could have dated. College tuition was already expensive by the time she arrived on campus.

A 40 year old of the past who born in 1963 or 1968 had way different experiences and a different dating market than a 40 year old right now, who was born in 1983. Childlessness rates of the 40 year olds born in 1983 are higher.
This is true. Older generations had the mindset of getting married and starting a family. Current generations are a mess. I think there is a political twist to this also. Conservatives are more likely to hold those old traditions. Liberal women while free and independent, seem to struggle with the lack of purpose.

I am convinced that Generation X was the last passable generation. Both Millennials and Gen Z seem to be a mess. The wild thing is that the oldest Millennials right now are turning 40 and their lives in general seem more chaotic and less organized than previous generations when they turned 40.

If you look at the experiences of the Millennials that are turning 40 now, they were right around 18 when 9/11 happened. They had 9/11, a massive recession (late 2000s/early 2010s) and a pandemic happen in their young adult lives. That's lousy thing. Their parents (the Boomers) had their young adult years in a more prosperous and less chaotic time.

At the same time tho, Gen X had to deal with the AIDS epidemic,Iran- Iraq War, assassination attempts on the president and a recession. It wasn’t all sunshine and rainbows. I laugh because I missed the sexual revolution of the sixties and landed right In the middle of the AIDS epidemic. Today some guys struggle to get sex. Back then it was maybe easier to get it, but you could possibly die if you picked the wrong woman. That was a huge legitimate social fear throughout the 80s. Each generation has their unique struggles and advantages. To think the past generations had it better is a victim mindset, which seems to be the biggest problem we have in 2023. Had to watch a two hour harassment training for work. If I told my grandpa that people could get arrested over pronouns he would laugh. He was dodging bullets in WWII while I had to survive the cola wars.

Imho, it was easier to get sex, but you were expected to get married to the person you were sleeping with. Sleeping arround was shamed and looked down on. The sexual revolution only happened to a small percentage of the population as compared to the whole. But it was called the "sexual revolution" because it was "a lot of people" as compared to what happened before. Just before the "me too" movement and the "girl boss" ideology (arround 2010), I bet there was even more sex happening than the time of the "sexual revolution". Right now, I bet more women are having sex than those in the 60's/70's... obviously, guys are not...

Also, aids really only infected homosexuals and those that got blood transfusion.

I’m assuming you are talking about women in their 40’s who are not in LTR’s. In other words, divorcees, perpetual bachelorettes and carousel enthusiasts. I would sum them up with one word: trainwreck.

Comfort.
Yes they still cheat. If she has a bag already she looking for comfort upgrade elsewhere in life. Adventure? Job? Personal growth?
Depends.
The 40 yr old without the bag is looking for your back for retirement.
Women are a cycle. It depends on were she is in life. It depends.
But no matter the phase they always will be vulnerable to that new dik.
