“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Im 5 feet and 7 and a half inches tall (168 cm) and I weigh around 150 pounds. how much should I lose?

I have another question also, why are there guys at the gym who are fat, but keep doing big heavy slow weights instead of doing cardio and stuff like that? they r just making the fat hard. why are they doing that?

look at diesel's post for cutting up.

bmi(body mass index)0 weight kg / height cm^2
>25 -> obese
20 - 25 -> healthy
<25 -> underweight

your bmi = 68.8/1.68^2 = 24.3

you may aim for 21-22

for 21 weight = 21*1.68^2= 59.2 kg ~131 lbs
for 22 weight =22*1.68^2= 62.1 kg ~137lbs
so you should lose about 15 lbs

(of course this plan is assuming that you are not lifting and you aim for a slim body)

cause I dont want to risk gaining mass, and I dont want to risk doing some excersise which might trample my growth, after all Im very very short and Im already 19. and I dont trust gym instructors. plus I dont like weights. maybe Ill do some small ones for the biceps or something. but I just wanted to know how to lose those 15 punds. I dont buy a word of diesels cutting up guide. especially when he says long cardio is bull****. he is saying the bull****. ask the american heart association. go to their website they are the ones who know what they are saying.
long cardio has helped me lose 15 pounds in the last 3 months without any weights and all of that fat. I have retained my muscle.

He he he... at 19, and saying that? I don't think I have to comment...

Uhh... 2 things there...

A) You're prolly 99% out of luck on the growing more. Face it, you're short, and you will stay short.

B) At 19, you don't really need to worry about weights messing you up as bad as if you were 14-16... THAT is where the danger is.

And long cardio is crap, but I won't be able to say anything to change your opinion. I just think that if you ask the American Heart Association, they'd tell you HIIT would do the same if not better for exercising your heart...

IMO one of the best ways of doing HIT cardio is with a bike. Its low impact as opposed to running so its better for your knees, and IMO its easier to do HIT with a bike. If you want definitition but no mass, that's easy. Lift smaller wieghts with more reps (like 10-15 reps instead of 5-8). You want to get big you use heavy wieghts, you want to get definition but no mass you use smaller wieghts. You can do natural exercises too outside the gym and still get some nice tone. Crunches for your abs, push ups, pull ups, running/bike riding, etc. Also, IMO one of the best activities to get compact muscles is martial arts. Great for burning calories too. Plus you learn to fight.

Nothing wrong with cardio but why do you want to lose weight anyway? You're not exactly heavy for your height. Oh and making fat hard? How you do that then?;)

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

well, I am not exactly sure. but I do know that if u have fat and start doing slow heavy weights that ur not gonna lose that fat, u r just going to make it hard and still look fat.
why do I want to lose weight?
I could tell u its about health and stuff but I already have a healthy weight.
its more about women and vanity. I want a slim well defined body.

semag- u could say something to change my mind. never limit yourself. I hope I stll can grow perhaps up to two inches. that would be really cool.

Ok, I think you are a dumbass. To back that up, I present the following evidence:

1) you walk around on your hands
2) you "dont like weights"
3) you think people can make their fat turn hard (this blows my mind)
4) you dont buy a word of the cutting guide
5) you claim to have lost 15 pounds in the last 3 months, yet you post on a message board asking how to lose 15 pounds.
6) you are 19 and you still think you are going to grow

Ok. What you need to do is read the bulking guide. Get over your reasons for not using weights. If you lose the 15 pounds, you will not have a lean defined body. You will have a bony, puny body. Read the bulking guide, stay with it for 1-2 years. Once you cut down, you will be ripped.

How do you know its all fat that you've lost? Do you know your body fat percentages? If you've lost fifteen pounds of fat already then you would need to have been obese before, because to lose even more fat you would definitely be going into low single digits. I would bet large sums of money that you did lose quite a bit of muscle.

Secondly, fat is fat. You can not make it hard. Those big huge guys you see at the gym are not making their fat hard. They just do not have a very low body fat percentage. If they went on a cutting program they would look like Hercules. Underneath their lack of definition you would find that they are mostly muscle.

Third, the American Heart Association isn't out there to make people look ripped. They promote exercise that helps prevent heart disease they're not trying to help people lower their body fat percentage into the single digits. Diesel knows his stuff. Have you ever tried doing what he recomends? I can't expect you to agree with him since you have proven your lack of knowledge on the human body, but perhaps you should not criticize others when you have not even bothered to research how ridiculous your claims sound. Take an anatomy class and a good health class and then be humbled by your ignorance.

Most people think the same way that you do; they confuse wanting to "lose weight" with wanting to "reduce body fat percentage." I used to think the same way.

Check this out. This guy gained weight, and reduced body fat %. Now tell me, does he look better before or after?

The thing is, you can lose lots of weight, but you will still look fat! Why? Because weight doesn't make you look bad, fat does! This is why anorexic people never eat, get really skinny, and think they are still fat. They are!!! They are all fat and nothing else.

Here is my advice:
1) Educate yourself - read a book like "Body for Life." If you don't want to pay, just go to Barnes and Nobles and browse it - it's not that long. Diesel's Bulking and Cutting posts are excellent as well.

2) Lift weights - really heavy ones. This will speed up your metabolism (read: help you reduce fat)

3) Watch what you eat. This means little or no sweets, non-diet soda, or anything high in fat or sugars. Limit fried foods. Eat more meat.

4) Eat 6-7 small meals per day to speed up your metabolism.

I have another question also, why are there guys at the gym who are fat, but keep doing big heavy slow weights instead of doing cardio and stuff like that? they r just making the fat hard. why are they doing that?
A lot of guys just don't understand how important dieting is. These guys you see no doubt have huge muscles - hiding under thick layers of fat.
