My mate reckons I am out of order, because I just pursue women for sex with no regards for their feelings or wants. He even levelled the player tag at me which is unfounded as I make it known to women that I am not interested in a relationships with a conversation. He's more of a relationship man and believes that ONS and FB's are for losers who are too scared to enter mature situations.

Do you believe yourself to be a loser? If not, then who cares what your friend thinks. Different folks are bound to have different opinions. We can't all agree on everything. If it's alright with you, then you shouldn't feel the need to justify your actions to anyone.

It bothers me because he likes to gossip, and if I get a reputation where I live as a player then I'm f*cked because women where I like to be hypocritical and will stay away from anyone who has a reputation as a player. Of course when they do it its acceptable. This is the same lad that embarrassed me at a house party when he told a girl who was eying me up that I was a virgin.
Tell him that your honest with everyone you meet and don't offer fake goods. Ask him if these ladies needs aren't being met, why are they still seeking your company
? We all have choice. If the ladies don't want players then they should act accordingly. Hate the game. Not the player. I would stop hanging out with that set of friends when your out gaming. Hell I usually fly solo anyway.

I run into these types all the time when I go out.
More times than not, they're insecure losers who are sour about not getting p*ssy. They justify their lack of p*ssy with being 'mature' and not being a player.
Funny thing is, these guys secretly aspire to be players but they just can't cut it.

As pointed out by others, if this guy is going to screw you over like that, then he's not a friend. I suggest you kick him to the curb. Friends can disagree, but friends don't maliciously try to ruin friends' plans.
