help fighting beng eating

Spring is rolling around and I don't want to be a fatass.

I have a beng eating problem. Sometimes late at night I'll order a pizza and eat a WHOLE PIZZA and I'm constantly just eating because I'm bored. I also eat when I'm studying to give me brain energy.

I need to stop. I love food though. How can I tell my body that I don't need the food?

just tell yourself to stop, not to your body, it's all in the head. seems u have very weak will power. also if u just stop eating and not excercise it won't help, cos your body ajusts to the less food regime. u start excercise first, if u spend 2 to 3 hours in gym u will be less bored and have less time to eat.and your life will have meaning - go to gym. but u have to tell your head to love visiting gym, otherwise u will remain fat and probably be more fat with years. and fat people are pathetic (sorry dude)

Uhh set times and scheduel meals, do not eat anything other than those specific times and stick to it. In a few weeks your body will get used to it and u'll start to get hungry when the time comes and will be able to control your intake.
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Binge eating is closely related to the availability of bad food. You cannot fight binge eating without first purging your house of junk food.

So basically, start eating healthy. In a few weeks you will go through all your bad food and only have healthy stuff stocked up. This way you don't have to feel guilty about binging on apples and strawberries, or oatmeal.

Secondly, don't carry a lot of cash on you. I find that the more cash I carry on me, the more likely I am to spend it.

Third, start exercising. This will make you want to start getting healthier.
