My gym is closed for a week and I already deloaded the last week so I’ll definitely lose some size and strength.
Do you guys know any good home workouts to avoid losing them. I only have 20kg dumbbell and long bar.
Some callisthenics exercises would work too I guess, we have a park to use the typical gear for it
