Facebook reels on the App and Women

I have the Facebook App and there is a section called "Reels".

It mostly consists of short videos (Tik Tok or Instagram) of young 20 somethings women lip synching and dancing in a sexually provocative manner and just acting stupid in general.

Just curious, are these women getting paid or are they just looking for attention?
