I've been on a t cycle for months and even after not fapping for 3+ weeks my libido doesn't get anywhere near as high as what you described and usually I only fap 2-4x a month. I haven't had sex in months either and have little desire for it.

If you're that concerned you might need to go on a mood stabilizer like an anti dopaminergic medication, or naltrexone, or maybe an SSRI or something. Stay away from porn, including "softcore" stuff like IG thottery.

I started doing no porn & no fap in my early 30s. Before then, I was super horny all the time. I needed sex or porn/mbate.

the honest answer is you’re taking hormones which your body isn’t naturally producing and this is creating unnatural behaviour.
