Trained this evening. Ran-walked outside approx. 2 miles. Approx. 150 pushups and 15 chin-ups.

So far I have trained 4/5 days this week.

Mirror heart rate monitor arrived today. I used it tonight during my workout.

Advanced level 30-minute boot camp. 420 calories burned. 135 average heart rate.

Felt tired and a bit cranky today but I'm definitely seeing results.

Didn't train tonight and I'm OK with that.

Appetite was intense. I felt hungry all day but I kept it clean.

No weed or alcohol since last Friday. Called up my drug dealer tonight. Ordered an ounce for pickup tomorrow.

Looking forward to indulging a bit this weekend. 50th birthday tomorrow and my GF is taking me out for dinner. Her friend comes over SAT and I'm secretly hoping for a threesome.

Gonna get that six-pack if it kills me.

But today is Friday, and it's my birthday, so tonight I'm gonna reward myself with a few beers and shots, and a fat joint.

Today is a great day to say I respect how you focus on your goals. This thread of yours shows how over time you keep on making those positive choices and putting in the work. Inho, you have a lot to be proud of. You are in better physical shape than most men, including men half your age! Clearly you show up and put in the hard work for it. You choose it. I find it inspiring.

I also don’t think I’ve read an Espi post complaining with victim mentality. I see you always taking responsibility for your choices. I respect that highly. I see how, again and again, you choose determination and focus, and to keep going after what you want. I respect you for that too.
