It's basically doing a bunch of supersets with no rest in between. The supersets double as cardio, since I'm not resting.
6 months ago, I started at 248 pounds. I'm now 204, and have gone from 21% body fat to 14%.

I haven't used weights in about 2 months. The Mirror device that I just started using has classes for medium and heavy dumbbells, and I plan on buying DBs soon, but I haven't used any weights in 2021. I'm doing cardio/strength/bootcamp classes using my bodyweight only.Lookin good bro. What are you benching/squatting these days?
