Ran-walked approx 2 miles and did approx. 30 chin-ups.

Mirror arrived on 1/20/21. Today was my first workout on the Mirror and I loved it.

Classes are no joke. I chose an intermediate class and I was sweating and breathing hard.

Trained 29:17 seconds today.

Got in another solid cardio and strength workout via the Mirror. Advanced class and I was sweaty and breathing hard during and after the workout.

Started at 9 PM so I made a great decision for myself by sticking to my word and doing the training.

I've been doing the Baywatch workout for the last 6 months. This is the workout Zac Efron used to get ripped for the movie.

It's basically doing a bunch of supersets with no rest in between. The supersets double as cardio, since I'm not resting.

6 months ago, I started at 248 pounds. I'm now 204, and have gone from 21% body fat to 14%.

Trained this afternoon via the Mirror. 30-minute bodyweight-only cardio & strength, Beginner level. Got a lot of bang for my buck. Was sweating profusely and total body feels worked, especially in my legs, glutes, lower back, and midsection.

Got some good training in today: 60 minutes, cardio and strength beginner class on the Mirror.

Trained 4/5 days this week so far.

I feel kind of rusty and humbled. Also feeling exhilaration from pushing myself harder than I have in months.

Hit my abs more intensely than I have in months.

Kick-Ass Mirror workout. Hardest one I've done so far via the Mirror: 45-minute Expert-level cardio class has my legs, glutes, and core feeling like jello. Sweated profusely.

Trained this evening. 30-minute, live, Advanced level kickboxing class. Good amount of sweat but this felt like the least challenging Mirror class so far. I was tempted to do another class but I decided to leave some gas in the tank for tomorrow night.

Diet's been good the past two weeks (except on weekends).

Going to start eating greens tonight. I've gotten away from them. When I'm eating lots of raw leafy green veggies and drinking lots of water good things happen to mind and body.

392 calories burned.

4/4 this week on workouts.

No alcohol this week. Might drink tonight.

I'm starting to feel less rusty.

Sleeping very well.

Trained SAT 10 AM Intermediate Boot Camp course via the Mirror.

5/7 training days last week. Starting to look and feel lean and ripped.

Positives about week:
Was consistent with training
Was consistent with diet
Trained with intensity
Ate greens
Drank more water
Bought Mirror heart rate monitor

Improvement areas:
I consumed alcohol THURS-SUN (3-4 beers and 2-3 shots each night)
I didn't stretch
I smoked weed every day

Overall grade for last week: C-

I haven't used weights in about 2 months. The Mirror device that I just started using has classes for medium and heavy dumbbells, and I plan on buying DBs soon, but I haven't used any weights in 2021. I'm doing cardio/strength/bootcamp classes using my bodyweight only.

Even when I was lifting, I was never a great bencher or squatter. I stopped doing barbell benches years ago; on a good day, I can flat-bench a pair of 80-lb. dumbbells for 10 reps. On a good day, I can squat 315 lbs. for 5 reps.
