That's interesting. I'm guessing it's because it reduces cravings and you eat less salty/greasy stuff. Yeah for years they told us eggs are laden with bad cholesterol. When it comes to natural/organic foods, I've tuned out "studies" because they flip every year. Anything digestible that hasn't been processed is going to do more good than bad.
In healthy people, eggs have little affect on cholesterol levels. They usually improve the lipid markers (higher HDL, improves Total/HDL ratio) if the rest of the diet is clean. If you add eggs and see a significant rise in cholesterol it is either an increase in particle size or you are eating the eggs with a lot of other shvt you shouldn’t be eating (bacon, sausage, cheese, margarine, pancakes, etc)
