It's difficult to tell when I have clothes on but my stomach is disproportionately big and my chest is slightly fleshier than it should be.

Thankfully the baboons who raised me and who I'm supposed to call "mom and dad" found out what was going on and took me off it before something crazy happened but now I'm stuck with this awkward body.

The only time I was remotely close to being back to normal was when I was starving myself because I was so focused on work/school that I would forget to eat.

Not keen on going back to doing that.
Doesn't change that I'm sick of this body.

Is it possible to change this or did ****ing Michelle and Chad's incompetence set this in stone in my body?

So you have stubborn fat in your chest and stomach or simply more skin than necessary?

Do low carb + IM fasting, say 16 hour fasts every day.

When did OMAD + carnivore I lost about 15 lbs of subcutaneous fat around my torso (180 to 165 lbs) that I had previously been unable to lose. I'm not convinced it's merely caloric restriction that does it but also the reduction in inflammation/bloating/etc from not eating processed junk for 16 hours a day.

Then start working out and do something about it. Or do you think whining and crying and complaining is going to help with that?

Anytime you don't like something in your life ask the question "What have I done to change it?" If the answer is nothing then that's the problem.
This couldn't more obviously be about whether or not this can be changed to begin with.

Good job wasting your energy on useless bootstrap-pulling crap.

About a decade ago.

There is precious little that can't be changed when it comes to the body.

You should try and find out...but oh..that's right. It would actually require a lot of hard work for that. Something you avoid like the plague.

The more excuses you make, the more your life will become one giant excuse in all areas. Notice the one thing you haven't done in ANY of your posts is take any responsibility for yourself and what you have or haven't done to improve in those areas.

Until then, honestly just F off. I don't want to hear about any more. Do something about it.

You asked if it's fixable? The best way to fix it is to change the hormonal profile you have and the best way to do that is via weight training.

But you've already decide it isn't possible so you can carry on your sorry ass narrative to try and find someone who will agree that it isn't possible so you can feel better about yourself.

Well OP, sorry to say that's not going to be me, nor should it be anyone else.

You don't need a bunch of pity you need a hard kick in the ass. Sadly it should have come from your parents.

You need to make up your mind man. You helping me or giving me pointless platitudes?

Can't be both.

Also sucks to be you that you think I need an ass-kicking. Fortunately I find myself behind a screen.

I'll look into the hormonal profile thing tho.

If you haven't already, I'd research if anyone who has taken the same meds has had similar reactions and how they've dealt with it

Building upon BITG's post, a heavy metal detox can help with hormonal imbalances

.

Glutathione and N-Acetyl Cysteine can help with a HM detox if you can't afford chelation therapy

Imagine asking for advice and whining like a hoe when people give it.

Do not, I repeat, do not waste your time advising black pill school shooters like this. Let them stew and fester away from this site.

Op needs therapy and to stop being lazy, that’s all.

Not really, a testosterone hormonal unbalance will make not wanting to do anything, whine and complain, being depressed. I was like that, due to being low on testosterone.

Its not talked because in this society everything is for women, but men suffer from having a hormonal unbalance as well.

OP, your parents fvcked up but prob didn’t mean to. You gotta move on. Hating your parents is very bad for your mind
There are a lot of incompetent parents out there. My parents fit that description. I'd like that my parents were subpar parents when considering the whole 18 year era from birth until the day I left for college. As romantic partners, my parents were one of the most ill fitting couples most of you will ever see. I have no idea how they got a 20+ year relationship out of what should have been a 6-12 month at best relationship. They had no business being together for as long as they did and no business bringing children into the world given how dysfunctional their relational dynamic was. They also demonstrated serious lapses in judgment in relation to relocations. At age 39, I'm still suffering consequences from some of their decisions, mostly the ones due to relocations but their divorce was not amicable and circumstances surrounding it were traumatic.

I did eventually end up in psychotherapy in part due to my parents but also in part due to relational trauma. Because of the childhood relocations, my social circle capabilities were badly damaged and I ended up having to be reliant upon approaching strangers and dating websites/swipe apps for getting vagina. That's a more difficult path and one that will lead to a greater amount of emotional abuse.

I had a few attempts at therapy without a therapist that I felt was a good fit. Eventually, in my 30s, I found a therapist that was a good fit. We were together for nearly 3 years, which is longer than a lot of romantic relationships that most of the participants on the board have. I was evaluated for PTSD based upon both my childhood traumas and traumas in the mating environment.

I did make progress in those 3 years of therapy though I still have issues. I don't hate my parents. I agree that it is bad for the mind to hate the parents.

There are many good things to do for testosterone. No porn and no masturbation will help. Eating clean will help. A good exercise regimen, including lifting weights, will help. I mix cardio and lifting. I've never been a big muscle guy but I have been in shape. My last testosterone test had me in the 750-800 range, which was good.

I'm about to start therapy, I've realized that I have anxious attachment, its like when I don't hear from my plates, something in my mind tells me that I will get abandoned and it will be my destruction, fvcking crazy man, you have any tips for a struggling fellow man?

I've always done all of that since I was a kid, my last test was 380, and I'm 32, yeah I felt all the negative of having low T.

The best thing you can do is start therapy and discuss your anxious attachment and possible anxiety disorder with a therapist.

OP should get a hormone panel done. If he hasn't already. It sounds like he's talking about thyroid problems. Maybe that's the case?

Always remember when one door closes another one opens. If you don't hear from them or don't have plans, that gives you an opportunity to do something else.
