“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

hehe true, funny thing is that i think the chest is much stronger than only 1x70kg(which i did last workout) but the triceps fail. because when i could bench 4x65kg a while ago....i could do onlly 5x26kg military press lol. but i'm worrying about deads....i almost dropped the bar today on my mates flagstones floor:D . ****ing little hands along with 16cm wrists-_-. i think legs are not the problem because i squated 6x85kg last time, and normally deads should be easier than squats, aight?

yeh sure it's alive, i was just pissed off and wanted to punish the forum with my absence b/c nobody replied:p

Do incline bench! Your lifts wont be as strong, but after a month you'll be shocked!

Well, I've always been a flat bench lover, and in the end it just gave me a ugly shaped chest (plus the gyno didnt help). It will give you a weired breast shaped chest. If you watch the film "Rid****", and look at his upper chest in vests, you'll understand. Full seperation of the chest looks incredible! You will get a much better reaction of the ladies. Decline bench is still better than flat.

lol nice tits, i didnt watch rid****, heard it is ****.

http://www.exrx.net/Graphics/PectoralisSternal.gif

lots of people say the pectoralis is ONE muscle so it only grows as a whole, no matter if u do flat, incline or decline. only genetics influences the look of your chest. but if you really have improvements since doing incline bench i will give that a shot. hehe ladies that want me go always crazy about my chest, it is the only body part you can see that i'm doing weight lifting. but that will change till summer mwahahaha;)

For dam years, girls called me a liar when I told them I weight train. Then it was, wow nice body ONLY when I showed them my body. Now I'm at the point where they say I'm big, when I have a tight t shirt on. i'm aiming for people to notice, when I wear a normal t shirt. Forearms and shoulders are the way forward, for me.

Add me on MSN man, it's

haha girls don't accuse me of lieing but they only ask ah you do sports aight? can't they see that i'm deadlifting and eating till i have to puke:confused: good luck on your mission man, getting people to notice you in t-shirts is real hard especially when you have a skinny frame. but the good side is that if u gain some mass, it looks much bigger with small wrists/etc.

i choose sexy tight shirts over normal shirts anyway so who carez:D

**** man i deleted MSN with a xp-antispy prog, we use only ICQ here in germany, but when i'm not lazy i will reinstall it sometime..

I just want to throw in that I did no incline for a long time and got an ugly shaped chest, now I do incline and the higher part off my chest is beginning to grow. So Incline is the ****, I always do it before regular bench, but maybe I should just go ahead and do 7 sets off it and skip ordinary bench like solid. Dips is pretty good too for the chest.

And double, overall, your lifts look very good, you lift almost as much as me and you're 20 lbs lighter! Good to hear you broke 150 lbs I was stuck there for a long time.

thanx man, yeh i almost doubled my squat and deads lift in the last 6weeks.....didnt get the user name just for fun hoho! but things like squat 3x88kg are not really bodybuilding they are more strength training/powerlifting, so i think the huge strength gain in the last weeks is b/c of low reps :p

hehe i thought you are back@175lbs so it is 25lbs....but if you're having sex 5times/day it is no wonder that you're back@170lbs again. I would suggest you licking cottage cheese from her breasts or eating tuna out of her *****. also let her be a bit more active, so you can avoid burning calories!;)

hmm regarding the incline matter, i would like to see some pics of your ugly chests solid and lifeforce i dont exactly understand what you mean. do i have a ugly chest??

http://82.98.71.245/userpics_big/412/412677.jpg

this is from last summer.....other things have changed a bit but the chest is almost the same i would say..

hmm didn't work out today b/c i feel overtrained. i will probably do only 2 work outs/week when i restart playing soccer in march....b/c 3 full body workouts/week seem like too much for me even when i do only 6sets per workout....

thanx man, yeh i almost doubled my squat and deads lift in the last 6weeks ......[sni[].... but things like squat 3x88kg
Six weeks? You mean six weeks ago you were only doing 3 x 44kg? Wow. That is super fast progress.

Just as a reality check, have you been going to the same depth on your squats? And how far down are you taking your squats anyway? You really need someone (knowledgeable) to check on this for you, because if you do it "by feel", it's easy to fool yourself.

"Parallel" is WAY lower than most people think it is in squatting. And when you're going that low, every inch that you go lower makes a big difference in what you can lift. I once thought I could squat 300lb, but when an advanced lifter checked out my form, he said I was nowhere near parallel. It took another month to do that weight from parallel, and was much harder (eyes popping out of my head).

Sorry if I sound like a know-it-all, I'm not, but just a little tip: Don't sacrifice your form on squats or deadlifts (or on anything, but especially those two). Not just with the squat depth issue -- where you are clearly lying to yourself if you're not going as deep when the weight gets heavy -- but in every aspect of form. It's too easy to get injured with these damn exercises. Especially as the weights get heavier. Then you won't be able to train at all until you get better. I know it's tempting to cheat just so you can heave up another rep, I used to do the same thing. Then I hurt my neck one day and couldn't train for two weeks. And that was lucky. Other guys are out of action for much longer.

Yeah I agree with you de silva. I've exchanged form on the deadlifts and sometimes on the squat to lift the last rep or a little heavier, I did have constans back pain for a while, now it's gone and I'm adamant with the form.

If you go paralell or lower then I can say from my own experience you'll grow faster doing that with lower weight than doing half ass atempts with heavier weights. Someone corrected me when I did bad form and then I did go deeper and I've never looked back. Big supporter off the full squat =)

yeeeeeeh i know your right but i want to lift 100kg;) .....but yeh ok.....regarding the deadlift form.....dunno if it's that bad my back hurts a BIT(but azz hurts much more doing squats and deads??!) but it did hurt with lower weights also a bit, so i think the form stayed the same(but is maybe bad). btw is it normal that your legs are shivering.....b/c my legs do since i do 80kg++...is it the central nervous system??

skipped work out today b/c i feel overtrained. weight: 152lb's, 69kg[without clothes]

highest weight ever yippppppi!
