That sounds like her problem, not yours. Why are you providing emotional validation and support to an ex? Stop being part of the problem and start being part of the solution. Next time she calls you and starts whining about some sh!t going on in her life, tell her that if she needs a therapist, you are going to charge by the hour. Free emotional support is for family members and close friends, not exes.
