cream to remove brown marks on skin?

Have you guys notice light brown marks on your face as you grow older? I have a few of those marks on my face. I look old with those face marks. My skin used to have baby smooth texture.

What kind of cream do you use to remove those brown skin marks? They aren't malignant tumors.

soap won't do it. I scrub like the ****ens with no success. the spots are due to aging. I wonder if laser will remove it.
