Why would you need to bring one? What type of gym do you go to that doesn't have plenty of these available? Almost every gym I have ever gone to has loads of these hanging around in various places or has floors that are essentially made from the same material so it makes them redundant and unnecessary.

Tbh I just stretch at home, drive to the gym, do my lift, stretch after.
Stretching is mandatory for me now. I refuse to be a “locked up lifter,” it feels horrible lol.

Stretching prevents injury, which becomes more important the older you get.
