If you name some specific goals we'll be here to spur you on. Don't make the goals too difficult initially. Just commit to some kind of action in each category that you know you can complete this week.

My goals for the week are finishing the conversations for the DJ bootcampt, eat 2400 cals (300g carba , 200g protein 60g of fat) and maintain happiness .
To lose 5lb of fat in a week (week one or not), you're looking at a deficit of 2500 calories a day. Good luck achieving that with limiting sugar and walking (which burns practically nothing).
Famous trainer John Romaniello disagrees strongly...in fact he believes you can lose in excess of 13 lbs of fat in a week by controlling hormones, using intermittent fasting to your advantage following a leptin resetting cheat day, and doing high calorie burning workouts in a specific order that help manipulate these hormones.
From experience, I have to agree with him...I lost 8 lbs the first week following his program(Fat Loss Forever).
