Depends on the connection level. You are most likely going to find and build upon it with a woman that’s younger. Older women are like shelter dogs, can’t teach new tricks. Already ingrained, more effort than what it’s worth. Rather swing and strike out 90% of the time than to settle for someone older

At 35+, it will still take a lot to get a woman 8-15 years younger. The demand for vagina is very high and men keep getting thirstier and thirstier.
There is a reason that most men in their 30s/40s are vagina beggars who take whatever mediocre woman within 2-3 years of their own age that they can get. This is even true for non-overweight guys with better than average jobs.

There are plenty relationships with 20yrs gaps (male older, female younger) and even the other way around (female older, male younger).
If you're a guy who is unabashed about his age and his interest in younger women, you'll attract a woman who prefers older guys. Match made in heaven.
On the other hand, if you'd like younger women but you keep repeating in your mind all the reasons why it won't work for you, then you'll become a self fulfilling prophecy. The woman who prefers an older guy and whom you'd have attracted in the first scenario, now will be repelled by the insecure vibe you give.
I actually think its weird and creepy that women of age say 23 would fvck with a 23yr old dude. At 38 knowing what I am and what is a 23yr old guy and the difference between us is literally the difference between a boy and a man. If a woman has been with a 23yr old boy and then I were to want the same thing from her its kinda demeaning for me. Ideally in the future more older men get younger women and younger men I think shouldnt be getting much cos the they havent developed the manly qualities yet. All women whether young or older should be with MEN not BOYS and we should be moving away from expectations that younger men will be getting laid alot. Atm younger men are getting alot of hookups and such but it is kinda weird almost abhorrent cos their level of Game, emotional stabiliity, knowledge, facial hair, body hair etc is so limited looking at it now at this age these younger guys getting laid almost wants me to exit the game cos its like that is not even competition and for young (<25yr) old guys to be getting that it kinda devalues it alot even if the guy is good looking he is still just a child comparatively.
No...... i´ve met women in their early/mid twenties that had LTRs with 45 y.o. men. It is not uncommon.
What actually is common, most of these relationships end because a lot of men get insecure and fear the girls stepping out on them at every turn, which leads to turning women off.
Have your **** together, stay in shape, be confident and you wont have a problem getting pvssy in their thirties.
I’m 34 and looking for 20-24 range. 25-27 for recreational use. Have no issues matching with these age ranges on OLD. Better to find one out in the field though.

Young women love older men. If society (older women and jealous men) did not shame girls for going after older guys and for older guys for going after young women, high schoolers would be jumping on an older man's **** right out the gate. We have more money, status, and built up a life. We are also more like to be stronger, stable, and more protective due to having said resources. You should see the way young high school girls look at me when I'm around them. Their eyes light up in a way that did not happen when I was in high school myself.
As an early 30s man, I get far more attention than women in the 18-22 range than I did when I was their age (and women under 18 honestly, but I usually ignore even though age of consent is 16 here).
If we're talking 40+ you may find it harder to get girls under 21ish...but I remain convinced that a high value man even as old as 50 can secure a girl around 20-25 or so without much trouble.
From my experience when I was divorced in my 40's I had more women in their 20's than those in their 30's. Mostly because there were more of them available in social places like bars & clubs, and they were more open to older men.
I found a lot of women in their 30's to be married, or just knocked up with young kids, or showing signs of becoming a cat lady, or starting cougar tendencies and going for younger men.
YMMV but in your 40's is some of the best years of your life potentially, just get your game tight, open up your mind, and reap the rewards.

Current semi-regular 'interest' is 45 (14 yrs younger)...
Biggest gap was an over-nighter that ended up extending to be a weekend, with a woman of 29 when I was 54... (25 yr gap) though that was the extreme outlier...
