Interesting. My point is if you do google searches Olive oil typically comes up as healthy. So unless you really look into things, you can still be eating poorly. And when you eat well, it’s hard to put on weight like I’m trying to do. Healthy whole foods are very low in calories and are harder to digestI would not consider olive oil healthy. Remember that olive oil was one of the biggest industries for the italians, who had the power and money to influence telling people that their product was considered "healthy."
