The "it's her job to bring it up" or "she will say that herself after physical intimacy" does not always work with girls from certain backgrounds or culture. For example, in the middle east the man is "usually" the one who would mention or escalate stuff like this.

Agree! I lost 30+ lbs since last year. I will start lifting to get some muscle and shape. Although I have noticeable thinning hair (and will eventually go bold in few years, now 32), it does not bother me! Feeling great already and have motivation for the gym. And I'm doing that to feel good...
