The Most VALUABLE Advice I Can Offer

To be honest i don't know why i depend on others so much. I asked myself this before. Don't get me wrong from time to time i feel like an independent man but than i slip back to being very dependent on other people's approval. Maybe it's because i'm some kind of perfectionist because i feel that...

    Build my biceps?

So far i trained my biceps only with back exercises. Chin-ups and lying dumbell rows worked quite well for me. My biceps got bigger without any direct work. You could give it a try.

    Problems with military press

I have a problem with my spine (that is why i started training) so it's not a good idea for me to do deadlifts or goodmornings. Are there other ways to train your lower back? What about weighted hyperextensions? Anyone knows?

    Problems with military press

Oh sorry but i confused the english terms. I meant dumbell press and not military press. Military press is with a barbell right? And yes i used a bench with a back support. Any advice?

    Problems with military press

Hi guys give me some advice on this please. Whenever i do seated military press my lower back starts to hurt. So i decided to switch to standing military press. It is better but my lower back still feels a little bit unconfortable and i don't want to ruin my back. I flex my abs when performing...

    Alternate activity to squats

You could pay more attention to your abs and lower back, at least i did that when i injured my shoulder. It paid off too.

    No More Scrawny Guy!

Hey Pook, is training 3-4 a week not too much, especially for a hardgainer? I think it's better to train every muscle group every 9 or 10 days. That gives the muscles enough time to recover fully and you will be able to lift more in your next workout session, at least in my experience. I think...

    Where do you work out?

I go to the cheapest gym in my town and i have to say that it is also the best. Expensive gyms suck. I visited one and they almost only had machines. There was one very small corner with free weights but it was totally packed with big guys. Looked funny. I asked if that is all and the trainer...

    rotator cuff questions!

Hey KingDoughnut! Yeah its a good idea to train your rotator cuffs to prevent injury. I had pain in my right shoulder too. Prevention is better than not be able to work out for a long time. Right now i'm doing only one exercize. I don't know the english term, maybe something like greet with both...
