    100 pushups today because I skipped gym. Got 70 plus decent form but had to Eek out the rest with rests at the top of the pushups, arms extended. Not sure if that counts really but I've surely not been able to approach 100 even with rests in one set before.

    Low weight, Ab machine crunch downs ...went until failure...caught breath then pushed out as mang as possible.....repeated until dead. Treadmill. 10 wu @ 12 min pace. Stretch. 15 min run @ 10 min pace. Easy. Did same abs as before. Mixed up workout through week as shoulder is still tender.
