I thought about this as well because she did make a comment upon first walking in as if to be sizing it up.

Its a very adequate comfortable one bedroom place. I have def stayed in much nicer though. It's only like $1,200 a month. I could easily pay top dollar for a penthouse on the beach but this is my first month here so just took the budget option to see how much i like it here. This one is kind of comfy as well.

Tbh though, my first thought when i first walked in this place was a bit disappointment but it has kind of grown on my since. In the DR i was in a fancy highrise over the ocean for like $4900 a month. The reactions by girls i brought over were extremely positive. I guess one has to always consider these things.
